BOOKING DEPOSIT

E-transfer only
Please send deposits to ryan@pinkdiamondyachts.com and let us know what the keyphrase/password is via email. Deposits must be made within 24 hours of the initial booking to secure your charter; if failed to do so, your booking will be canceled. 

REMAINDER OF PAYMENT

You can send the remaining balance to the same address that deposit was sent to, ryan@pinkdiamondyachts.com and let us know what the key phrase/password is via email

Cash or Credit Card
You can pay the outstanding balance invoice on board before the charter starts. 

*Please Note*

Payment in full is requested 10 days before departure and an invoice will be sent for the outstanding charter cost. 

For charters booked within 10 days or less, full payment is due 24 hours prior via email transfer or on the day of paid in cash or credit, before the charters starts 

The boat cannot set sail until the full outstanding balance has been paid.

Any request to extend the duration of your charter may be made onboard by chatting with the skipper. Requests for extending a charter must be received with more than 60 minutes remaining in the cruise to allow for course deviation. 

CANCELLATIONS

We will refund your full deposit if notice of cancellation is received more than 10 days prior to the scheduled departure date. If canceling within 10 days of the scheduled departure date, your deposit will be refunded only if another booking can be secured to fill your original booking. If desired, we can work with you to reschedule for a later date. 

FAIR WEATHER POLICY

If 24 hours prior to your charter weather conditions are considered unsafe or undesirable to take passengers on the water, we offer rescheduling for your charter at no additional cost. 

The health and safety of our passengers on Golden Eagle IV Charters is our biggest priority and we have been closely following the advice of the Public Health Agency of Canada to provide you with a safe and fun boat charter experience.

Our crew has been taking and will continue to take extensive measures to ensure a safe experience for everyone on board,  including:

• Disinfecting practices before and after every charter
• Hand washing stations
• Providing hand sanitizer
• Ensuring all groups are private and within current limits.
